Kiba (Lightning Blades). I think they are just awesome with the whole mist and water. Water and Lighting are an awesome combo i think.

It's tough but a non treacherous Samehada or Choujuro's. Hiramekerei can technically shape chakra into near anything if add an element to it the sword becomes too overpowered.
