[Discussion] Which Super Saipan is stronger?

I can't tell if SS God is stronger or SS Blue.

It's not clear if the manga and anime are the same on this point, but in the manga SSG is weaker, but SSB rapidly leaks the user's energy unless it's perfectly contained within the body. SSG has been stated several times to be a Super Saiyan transformation, though, it's not a base form in any sense.

SSB has the upper edge but physically it takes way more out of them.. SSG is the state they should be trying to reach because it's about outlasting your opponent not just killing him..

If Blue went up against Red god mode & they are both at mastery then God mode crushes. Blue couldn't keep up with it & would drain quicker from the battle..

Example:
Goku went up against Beerus in God mode in B O G & was handling himself quit well for some time.. Whereas Vegeta in the manga hit SS Blue 2 & got toyed with by Beerus & was done with in 1blow.. Beerus didn't hit the lvl's he did on Vegeta SSB 2mode that he did with Goku in GM..

SSB is confirmed stronger. But have a huge weakness as it consumes more stamina to use compared to SSR(god)

God is consistent god strength while blue is a burst god power that exceeds god (red), but so far god blue can't maintain that burst of power so at times god red power will be stronger than the blue. That is until Goku overcame that obstacle at Zamasu arc.

Not sure which Super Saipan is stronger because I've never heard of a Super Saipan.
