Which studio would be better?

Ok so sp has been handling naruto forever, and imo, their quality art and animation is about 50/50(if that) with their subpar art and and animation. So far boruto itself has only had 2 fast flowing good looking moments to me, 1 was boruto and hanabi, the other was sumire vs boruto/mitsuki. Currently the gaiden is ho hum animation wise( it's fine, but it's just that, fine) that being said, we've all seen other anime with much better quality. Whether this is because they're shorter and need less of a budget isn't what I'm worried about, but after seeing some newer anime here and there, and things like Tokyo ghoul and fate/, even aot, they all have a noticeable step up in quality from the naruto series(not so much the movies) that being said, what studios do you guys think could do naruto and shinobi combat in general some justice as opposed to sp
