[Discussion] Which Strawhat is closest/farthest from their goal?

Luffy- to become pirate king.

Zoro- to become the worlds greatest swordsman.

Sanji- to find central blue.

Nami- to draw a map of all the seas.

Chopper- to explore the sea, go on an adventure and become a better surgeon.

Robin- to find the true history.

Franky- to sail the whole world with Sunny.

Brooke- to reunite with the whale.

Discuss. It's too hard for me to answer where I'm at, they all seem so far.
But I pretty much think Chopper is living out that goal right now...

Nami's goal was to draw a map of all the seas or something like that, Franky's goal is to sale the entire world with a ship he made, I think the one closst to his goal his Chopper, the others will only reach their goal in the end.

Chopper wanted to become able to cure any disease, nami wanted to draw a world map, and franky wanted to build a ship better than the Oro Jackson and sail it across the world.

OT: I'd say chopper is the closest, everybody else is about the same

Oh by the way, the main goal and the first priority of the whole crew is to make luffy the Pirate King. That is the main goal of the whole crew, including Zoro.

Honestly I forgot about him but that just shows how far he is if he's that forgettable.

I was talking to my friends about OP and asked them about current Usopp. They say he still gets scared and acts like a little crybaby all the time, so he's practically the same as in part 1 even though I know he's a lot stronger.

The only thing I can give him credit for are his courageous moments, but those only occur every now and then, and not enough to really overshadow his coward like personality.

Ussop and Chopper are closest, if not achieved their goals...
- One wanted to become a brave sea warrior, well he's somewhat braver currently and became something he can be proud of...
- Other wanted to set out on a venture and become a good surgeon, he's on a venture and becoming a great doctor...

Farthest, IMO is Zoro's because it might or might not take him forever to surpass Mihawk and become the greatest swordsman...

Others will reach their goal once they have completed their journey...

Zoro's goal maybe in some manner clearer tk reach than say that of Robin but I wldnt say he is that much closer to defeating Mihawk which I think is admiral buster lvl then again if he dont reach his goal others's dreams wld b just that dreams coz they depend on him to KO the the second big bad and support Luffy in a way no other SH can(Im not in the mood for the Sanji is smarter and is more right hand worthy thing so pliz spare me).
I think those with goals that dont need so physical destination to b reached for them to b achieved seem a bit closer and that is Zoro, Ussop, Chopper. Franky and Brook can only get theirs if they get to Raftel and back similar to Nami. Robin's like Luffy's first dream(being PK) can only b attained on Raftel while Sanji's hinges on where All blu is really situated. Luffy's freedom(second/tru pk part) will b gotten after the War of the greatest at the end that WB said will come.
Last thoughts I think taking the title is not the finale of Zoro's dream much likr Luffy adding the freedom charecteric Zoro must remain un defeated for long so he wont b withought rival and pple who seek to take the title.

Honestly it's senseless thread, the nature of all of their goals (except choppers and probably Zoros) is that they all will be fullfilled at the end of One Piece.

Luffy will find the one piece at the end of the grandline, Sanjis all blue is where the One piece is, Namis end of the seas is the end of the grandline where the One Piece is, Frankys goal is to bring the ship through the hardest sea's thats the end of the grandline and location of one piece, i forgot what ussops goal is but i bet's its at the end of the grandline aswell , Robins Goal is the last piece of the puzzle and thats right next to the One Piece i bet.

As to chopper his goals are not tied to ending a voyage to the grandline since his goal is to be a better and doctor i belive due to the nature of that profesion he is the furtest away since being a Doctor you improve yourself until the end of your life time.

As to Zoro, well, to be the best swordsman on the world you have to defeat the current strongest swordsman in the world, now since that is Mihawk, his goal will be completed as soon he meets and fights Mihawk and of course wins against him.

The crew need to go forward , become the crew of the pirate king aka Luffy. Then need to go back all the way to the grandline whilst being pursued by the world governments forces then if they manage that. Brook can finally meet Laboon again . I would consider that a long wait Lol
