Which SSA job position is this?

When/if you go to the SSA (Social Security Administration) for questions regarding benefits, or payments... who do you speak to that sits there at the desk? There's like a computer where they sit, and they go to get paperwork for you to sign? What job position is that? I'm very curious because, I'm interested in knowing more about the jobs positions they provide.

Probably that. Someone on yahoo told me it's Service Representative. I'm unsure. The SSA site doesn't give clear descriptions of all the positions. It doesn't list all of the positions, which it mentions in videos.
