Which song should I perform at my next open mic this upcoming tuesday. I want something that will get people hyped yet when they heard the lyrics they're like damnnnnnn but its catchy too, these two have the hardest head banger beats but I cant pick lmao:xD: I'll record it and show u guys

I like the second one. The first one is okay too but the second appeals to me more artistically, has like a kingly stunt vibe to it. Like during the chorus the spartan/eastern like harmony adds this grand boastful presence, which fits in with the genre. Not to mention I like the placement of that rattlesnake/16th note down beat, it trolls you at times when you think it will be in the phrase and it's not. But when it is it's placed well imo. Your flow is also nice as well and you match the atmosphere of the music with your lyrics.

But as for which one others will like I don't know. Too bad you can't play both, must be a popular spot.

Yeah its a popular spot in chicago, almost 40 different artist come to perform at the open mic but only 15 perform, with about 80 ppl in attendence which is alot of an open mic lol i'll be performing this tuesday if everything goes right, it'll be my first actual song performance and I agree with everything u said about the song Trojans, its goes hard and the theme matches the beat, the lyrics are perfect and bring the heat as well, i might just perform the Trojans joint mainly because its more lyrical and the beat is harder with better drops.
