Both characters want a revolution, to end the old system, but Naruto wants to TnJ everyone while Sasuke wants to dominate everyone. Now while I think Naruto's is just wishful thinking and could only possibly work in a fictional world, Sasuke's tyrannical approach is wrong.

Sure, he could forcefully depose the Gokage, but instead he's just going to kill the Gokage in their sleep; but then what? What are his plans for the Bijuus? Why enslave the poor things, again? To make them his enforcers? And why murder Naruto? Didn't he learn anything from Hashirama's story and Madara's mistakes? Why is he repeating history? They need to work together.
