He spared only his brother in the hope that he would be killed by him and that Sauske would become a hero to the village. He was brought back to life after Sauske killed him only to find that his brother was intent on destroying the home he had sacrificed everything for. Itachi, no contest.

that is kind of hard...Naruto grew up being rejected, Itachi gave up everything to protect, Sasuke lived life thinking his family was murdered by his brother for no reason, Nagato's family and best friend were killed, grew up in poverty, Hinata grew up being with being viewed as a waste of life by the people who should care about her most which is worse than being hated for no reason

I'd have to go with Itachi to be honest. He had to kill the people he loved, and then had to act as if it was for his own selfish reasons. Then when you finally achieve the goal of dying by the hands of your brother, some guy goes and screws up everything by telling secrets XD!

I don't understand why people keep saying Sasuke ?

His mum and dad died sure ... But who's hasn't?

I will go with Kakashi .... His dad was made out to be "traitor" to the village for helping his comrades...

He had to watch his dad laying on the floor because he killed himself because people drove him to it in the village for people a good guy and caring for his comrades.

He lost his best friend and team mate ... He has his eye which is a reminder to him that he failed to protect Obito. Rin is unknown but i can beat that kakashi did everything within his power to help her but couldn't.

He lost his Sensei / Mentor .... He lost his friend Asuma and all the other people that have been killed that he has had to accept.

He has lost his student, Sasuke hates him and potentially want's to kill him.

He's lost more than anyone i can beat .. He's still on his feed fighting to protect those who are closest to him now, That's why kakashi is admirable, Not matter what he get's through it on top!
