Chidori is a lightening Technique, so you can't do it with any other element. Rasengan is just chakra, and you can add more elements to it.

What is this pokemon rasengan?

Poison would be number 1 except against Shizune or Chiyo.

I'd like to combine the fire and grass and get as high as the flying rasengan.
