I'm going with Obito's DMS. You can go intangible, kamui snipe, warp to a different dimension, and I would say fly but I'm assuming you don't get rikudo chakra with it. Can I have rikudo chakra with it ?

I'd go with wood release and use it to create new trees and provide free wood for housing developments around the world. It would also increase the Oxygen around the world. I would also use it to revive forests, especially rain forests, and we'd be able to create paper at massive rates.
