I'd say only obito and Narutos abilities have good real world applications unless you want to hurt people...

Dms you can teleport anywhere almost instantly at no charhe. Never be late, get to see the world. Personally I'd choose this.

But with rsm you could get ten jobs and have shadow clones work them. You would make two and a half's months pay in a week which isn't bad either.
