neji wasn't from kirigakure. If you watch part one, it says in the chunin exams that he wsa from the leaf's honorable hyuga clan. They are one of the oldest clans in the leaf. they and the uchihas are rumored to be from the same origin. His father and his uncle were from 2 different branches of the house. Anyway, he was in the leaf from his birth, and presumably never even WENT to kirigakure. Just helping you out. Do you want me to help you change it to konohagakure?
