Which path would you take?

Naruto- follow a democracy and run everything off a group leaders whos voted into power come together for a common cause. base decisions off of moral codes.

Sasuke- Bring everyone together by giving them all a common enemy and bear the burden of being the catalyst of their hatred.

Nagato- controls everything through understanding of pain and relies on warfare.

Itachi-Take the image of the problem when your actually the reason behind the good things but doesnt reveal it to protect the image of the people.

Obito-take away free will and place your ideals on everyone and give them a system to follow in whcih you envisioned.

Madara-same as obito just more ruthless and stop at nothing no matter the sacrifice.

Kaguya- The world is yours,and everyone else is nothing more than your tool.

Hashirama-Same as naruto

Danzou-Embrace darkness and accept it,manipulate it to your benefits to provide for a positive cause.

Naruto/hashirama. A mutually beneficial cooperative system is the best, although getting complete stability takes the longest. Easiest way would be madara/obito's IT plan which removes the differing ideologies or better yet gives everyone a pseudo peace.

danzo although id add my own morals to that not his. there will always be darkness if you can manipulate it to cause as least harm as possible then thats the best way

narutos is basically what the united states had in mind and look how corrupt we are now so that will fail

itachi was a complete fool who followed orders blindly instead of speaking his mind and because of that terrible things happened so hell no
