Yea i was thinking he could be in Kamui land while using Kamui snipe... Shisui couldn't use Ka on him if he's not there while Obito could still use Kamui snipe due to him being able to see Shisui...

And I don't need any proofs about this one. If you were carefully reading the manga, you should understand why. KA can control ANYONE, without him even realising it.

if Shisui has both eyes that means he has two eyes capable of using KA separately. That means he can use it twice or more until his MS drains out of chakra. Sharingan reads intentions that means Shisui can read Obito's intentions and see what he's intending on doing to a certain level and with KA see what he needs to make Obito think to forget all about Kamui.

As long as Shisui's MS is activated im sure Obito wouldn't be dumb enough to stay in his eyesight , in other words he would probably disappear via Kamui. Obito holds Shisui's power in such high regard like Kabuto and Orochimaru praises Itachi's superiority every time he does something they cant believe it. Obito also praises Itachi and they all praise Shisui.

Holding someone in such high reguard equates to being at least a tad bit fearful of them , but most certainly cautious around them. For both of them to use their jutsu their MS has to be activated and they can see each other's eyes so
Kotoamatsukami would probably work a split millisecond faster than Kamui, but who knows.

Obito's Kamui would probably be the most "broken" since he can use it multiple times and it *insert Kamui abilities* so without anyone being able to attack him from within the Kamui Dimension (or lacks a superior S/T jutsu), Obito is untouchable. It doesn't mean Shisui's Kotoamatsukami isn't "broken" either. Just that from what we've seen thus far, his eyes have an extremely long cool down. So in consecutives battles of more than two, Kotoamatsukami will need to hibernating.
