Jiraiya of course. We have a lot of story with Naruto, though continuing it to answer some of the questions between 699 and 700 would be ok by me. There is no point of having a mini-series with Sasuke, unless it is some chibi comedy like the rock lee spin-off where it is just individual situational episodes. Even then I would not read it. I don't read the Rock Lee spin-off because it is too immature. My youngest son seems to like it, though. So there might be an audience for something similar with chibi Sasuke.
