Out of those I only watched Zetsuen no Tempest it was okay

I've only seen Black Lagoon, but it's very good. Visuals hold up and it's one of the best gunslinger action series out there. Its dub is one of the best out there, too, so I'd recommend it (background info says most of the characters are supposed to speak English anyways).

Ass Class doesn't seem like it but its pretty damn good, watching GC now and its decent. Tempest looks dope, and black lagoons pretty sub-par.
