But after he hear Nagato, Konan and Yahiko death he start to think that his next student Minato as the Child of the Prophecy. Seriously if Nagato and Naruto the true child of prophesy which can lead the world to peace or destruction then Obito the shadow leader are making order to Nagato even his master Minato still a jounin during that time. it should be Nagato older than Minato how his younger student the one who ruled Akatsuki? it make no sense..

Well it doesn't matter since the children of prophesy were Naruto the one who would save the world and sasuke the one who would destroy it, but sasuke was obtuse with it his since his plan wasn't really destroying the world but turning the world into Gotham.

Well you see Jiraiya taught Minato and his other genin before they became chunin, I guess, and met Nagato, Konan, and Yahiko. Minato is older. Obito lied about his age and name. It would make sense as NOONE knew about Madara and his prowess. Hashirama and Tobirama limited that information for sure, and safe to say so did the uchiha besides the fire jutsu he had. Minato was older than Nagato.
