When Nagato had split off his powers into 6 bodies, Yahiko was the god realm, with the power of Shinra Tensei, Bansho Tennin, Chibaku Tensei and maybe other unseen techniques.
Now we have seen new 6 "Pains" created from Madara, with one Rinnegan and one Sharingan but probably with the same split powers. Since there is no Jinchuuriki with whom he was close to to entrust him the power of the god realm, who of the 6 jinchuuriki will be the new "Yahiko"? With the powers of Shinra Tensei etc. ...
I personally think it will be the 3rd Mizukage since he controlled him in past, maybe also to check out if he would be able to handle this power (Madara is known for preparing things even maybe 20 years ago, he also expected Naruto to control the power and defeat the Zetsus).
