Madz's Tengai Shinsei looks bigger and probably more powerful too. You can tell it was better/stronger by the looks on people's faces. The impact was so great a Kage like Ohonki broke his back while trying to tank it down. His CT's got tanked easily with an RS and Sasuke's Flying Susanoo Slash.

Madaras susanoo is much larger than sasukes though. In those same scans Madara is like a speck inside the pentagon on his head while Sasuke fits in it properly.

If you watch Madara CT in anime you will see exactly how much time one CT is bigger than Sasuke PS (actually one Madara CT is bigger than all 9 Sasuke´s combined) and since PS is bigger than Meteorite winner is easily CT.
