Which one i more effect plan Tobi could against the ninja world

Tobi have thee best of the best Ninija that specialise in a technique which make them invincible or hard to defeat.I fine these ninja could have control the ninja world villages with ease rather than hunting for tailbeasts for the moon eye project .

Nagato can solo konoha with his paths and gain control of thee town.IF his mission was to killed then the outcome will be very different

Itachi or/and kisame can handle the hidden mist villlage


Dediara and Sasori (he kill gaara father ) can easily control the sand village.Dediara can just use C4 BOMB which willl easily destroy the sand village

Kakuzu since he immortal and have all elemental jutsu can handle the land of lightning with hidan at his side as an back up.Lightning is weak against wind so kakuzu can easily use wind jutsu against raikages or other jutsu to pinch him down while hidan can handle killerbee. since killerbee more of an close combat type ,hidan just need to get a blood sample from him (since he an immortal he can die many time ait will not matter for thee outcome)

Tobi can solo the Earth village because he can dodge dust release from onoki with his S/T jutsu and ambush him when he over it.If zetsu around he can also attack the ninja by making clone of the ninja assasinate them like he did in with other ninja in the war arc

Team taka if they were around could fill in any gap that needed to be cover



Anyway i find the moon eye project as not neccessary to control the ninja world while Tobi have the best ninja .

the raikage is more of an close combat type than far range type .Kakuzua could easily use earth release and pin the raikage down or slow his speed,theen he cans use wind release to dismantle the raikage raiton armor hidan or kakazu can easily kill him afterward

Yes he did but it took some time to gather the necessary Chakra for such an attack hence why he had the other Paths attack the village directly plus even though he didn't show it it used up a LOT of his strength too.

He's not the Sage so something like that is going to drain the hell out of him. He just happens to have large Chakra reserves because of the Rinnegan.
