[Discussion] Which one between OP and Naruto has the best sound actresses?

In Naruto, Itachi has the best! Then Kakashi, Sasuke etc.
In One Piece, Zoro, luffy, Red haired and Mihawk are the best. There are others of course!

As whole I would say One Piece sound actresses are better!
