Uchiha vs Kabuto. Mainly for the character development for both Itachi and Kabuto. And, there were a lot of lessons to be learned there. It was really nice to see and good hype for the war arc.
But, if I had to choose a second, it would be Madara vs Alliance. He kicked them around and seeing him use taijutsu to kill those fodders was great.
