OT: Obviously Hinata's had more impact. Sakura's wasn't even that surprising, it wasn't hard to figure out she was lying.

I think Sakura's but not for the reason everyone thinks. Saskura's confession made him realize how much she still loved Sasuke and that she was lying to herself by saying she didn't. I think it also made him angry at himself because he realized he was lying to himself about having a chance with Sakura.

I think he didn't react to Hinata's admission because of the circumstance with Pain. I think he respects and admires her. She has taken on his ninja way as her own. Her statement might be having him think about other possibilities since he knows Sakura is not possible.

Clme on, sakura is only lying and faking. I quiet wondered, why naruto was not even more upset about it, she played with his feelings. And she is constantly hitting naruto for simple reasons and saved him 1x from death (by not putting her life at risk as does hinata). Moreover, the fact that she still loves sasuke and confessed it in front of naruto so hinestly ao that sasuke can come back to her and the village, that was the end of my patience trying to sympathize with her char. If you have a crush&in love with someone but that someone obviously loves another and it is not going to change, why shouldn't naruto move on (as most of us would do?). Naruto is kind trying to keep his promise to bring back sasuke to sakura. He is not obsesive. So i adore naruto, so that i dont want him to be a spare. Even after so long seperatedf rom sasuke, she still loves him. Hinata's love should be appreciated too. It is not obsessive and pure. Risking her life for the one she loves. She has been loving naruto since the time naruto had no friends and was hated and avoided by many. Where other girls are falling for sasuke, she could see and love naruto for what he was and for what he has become.
I dont want the movie to be spoiled too much by the naruhina love story, but at least let naruto realize/know hinata's deep and longlasting love for him.

Well spoken, mate. That's how life goes on and love moves on. At least naruto should know about hinata's true deep longlasting love. Whatever he decides afterwards, that is up to his heart, cos hinata may need also to move on and cant always waiting in vain for naruto. Well, personally, if he is wasting such a girl with a gold heart and bonus beautiful face and her longlasting honest love, then he is missing out a lot. +she is willing to protects him with her life!
As for sakura, true, you are right. She is though here trying to resolve on her own. First priority, putting an end to her dramatic love (inactually feel sorry for her painful love for sasuke). 2nd putting sasuke's pain and revenge to an end by killing him. 3rd, relieving naruto from the painful promise he made to bring sasuke back to her and hidnering him to seek sasuke. At the very end before the genjutsu, she still loves sasuke. Love is a mystery.
Well, naruto never confessed to sakura, neither was he jealous when sakura confessed to sasuke in the recent chapters or taking advantage of sasuke absence. On top of that, he is the hero. I would prefer him to move on instead trying to fit to become the 2nd man (which I find unlikely seeing how deep sakura loves sasuke).

Well Hinata saying she loves him didn't make him go 6 tails, her getting a fatal wound did. His intense emotions causes Kurama chakra to leak out and the seal have been weakening over the course of time. Naruto went to 4 tails just from Orochimaru mocking him, seeing a friend get stabbed while trying to protect him would make Naruto much madder than simple taunts. Naruto didn't really react to Hinata's confession as of yet, he went back to the village and is hugged by Sakura while Hinata goes "......".

Naruto didn't react to Sakura's confession either, he simply asked her why did she come all the way to him instead of waiting until he got back. Naruto never called her confession a lie either, he called her saying Sasuke means nothing to her a lie and most people don't read the manga since it shows Naruto remembering her crying for Sasuke everytime she mentioned not caring for Sasuke.

Naruto wasn't impacted by either confession as he didn't react to either one. He went after Sasuke upon Sai telling them Sakura and the other K11 all agreed to kill Sasuke and that's where Sakura's group was heading too. Kakashi and Naruto soon chased after them so that had nothing to do with the confession. Also Jiraiya already said Naruto doesn't understabd a women's mind

Hinata's confession didn't have an impact. Naruto was only affected by what Pein did to her.
