Which of the Konoha 11 deserve to be a jonin?

Shikamaru and Neji are Jounin since The second part of Naruto has began.

Ino and Choui proved their worth in The battle near sea where Darui unit was fighting

Hinata proved her worth in The War in general

Shino didn't have much screen time but proved his worth in the war as well.

Rock Lee deserved to be Jounin since second part of Naruto has began, well that what I think.

Kiba and Ten Ten... well I am not impressed enough by their showing to give them Jounin rank... rather high chounin level.

Sakura of course Jounin level

Shikamaru is Chunnin not Jounin

Sakura since she already is high jonin level. Or low kage. Other than that it's Choji. Rock Lee can never become a jonin because he can only use taijutsu. He'll become a special jonin though.

All of team seven obviously. Shikamaru's intelligence and performance against Hidan should make him a Jonin. Choji too. Ino is good in a team but not so good on her own. No one else really. Lee hasn't shown anything that would make him Jonin level.

Isn't Shikamaru a jonin? I'd say Shino, don't know why ether XD I think that Ino, Tenten, Choji, Lee and Kiba are not ready yet. They still lack at responsibility or they must work harder on their skills. Hinata maybe, or Shino.
