She is slow and has only Raiton as an offensive shield, which Sasuke would bypass with hilarious ease. She has nothing in her movements that pose any threat to Sasuke who was outspeeding shockwaves.

She has nothing to react to his speed or his Chidori if he aims right at her head. It's one blitz and it's game over. Isn't this the same woman who couldn't react to Ashura Path and Naruto had to step in? Are you suggesing that EMS Madara is inferior to that one path even Kakashi had no difficulty against, when he's tiers below Hebi Sasuke in speed? It doesnt matter she still reacted despite having no chakra and being moments from going into a coma which in itself is quite the feat, Tsunade would have destroyed Asura if she was healthy.

Exactly she was out of chakra and exhausted so unless Sasuke is fighting that Tsunade then that lack of reaction is irrelevant.
