simple really plus nothing garra has can beat lightning all his techniques use earth style which loses out to lightning every time hebi sasuke will pick garra apart the raikage can only be beaten if hebi sasuke is aware of his speed before hand then a few clone feints to land a genjutsu game over ohniki is tricky because of the particle style but if sasuke again has intel on it he can avoid it with his speed as well as land a fatal hit with kirin or genjutsu so sasuke could beat all 5 at only hebi level it just depends on the situation

Also flight is a good advantage but Mei is a long range type so it won't help much against her. And regardless of speed and flight Tsunade can literally tank everything Hebi Sauce has save maybe Kirin...maybe. Not to mention CM2 rapidly eats away at Sasuke's chakra reserves. Tsunade would simply tank and outlast him with Byakugou until he wears himself out. Once CM2 ends and Sasuke can't "blitz" anymore Tsunade is going to punch or kick his head right off.

In Tsunade's case, Sasuke's best bet is go for the head straight away (this is assuming Sauce knows about Byakugou) basically if Hebi has Intel on the Kages and their abilities then maybe he stands a chance of winning. I can maybe see him beating Gaara...maybe

Genjutsu? The only one who seemed to fall for Sharingan genjutsu was Ay. Madara used it against him rather handily. The others are to well versed in Uchiha abilities to fall into it so easily. Thanks to Tsunade's chakra control she would just Kai out of it. Plus Sauce isn't really proficient with genjutsu. And Danzo? Koto Sasuke. Kill yourself Sasuke. Gg

Ocular Genjutsu cannot be broken with Genjutsu Kai as stated by the manga and the databook. So, they magically break out of it anyway. Why do people make fictional stuff up?

Sasuke isn't? Hebi Sasuke has the best 3-Tomoe Genjutsu feats in the entire manga. Koto? Yeah, that Koto from which Mifune was broken out of through a simple interruption. Yeah, his feats with Koto are great.

Everything you stated about Genjutsu is made up, when Orochimaru and Chee (both Genjutsu experts of the highest caliber in the entire manga) couldn't break out of Sasuke's 3Tomoe Genjutsu. Kurama was surprised when Sasuke suppressed it. Where are you getting this from anyway?
