Which of the 5 (live) Kages has been the most effective in this war?

For me it's a close tie between Gaara and Ohnooki. Gaara defeated the previous kazekage (his father) and the 2nd mizukage (with some help from Ohnooki), and provided balanced offensive and defensive support against Madara.

Ohnooki probably did the best against Madara overall and stopped his predecessor (at least he thought he did), but really only with Gaara's help. He did help Gaara against the Mizukage, but he might not have survived the battle without Gaara.

Raikage, sorry...you were disappointing. You defeated no one.

Tsunade, yea...you saved everyone from dying at the end of the battle with Madara, but that's really it.

Mei, were you even fighting?

for this war definitely Ohnooki a lot of fight for such a small old guy but as in any anime the old man is usually one of the best however don't sleep on tsunade she does the damn thing to

Tsunade 100% if she wasn't their naruto and bee may have not been able to leave without killing Ay. Tsunade was one of the factors in letting naruto and bee escape which save thousands of lives. Also zetsu were going to evade hq but naruto stop it. All thanks to tsunade.

She saved all the kages which gives the alliance more of a fighting chance.

Was the one who encouraged Ay to stop madara. While doing this she saved onoki, dodai, temari, and gaara life because mei would have not been their or anybody else support.

Tsunade is one of the reasons the alliance even had a chance in this war.

I'd vote for Ohnooki and Gaara, since they helped the Alliance and saved their ass from Madara's Meteor. Anyway I picked Ohnooki.

Onoki give his all in the war so far.He make Gaara sand lighter,Ay speed increase due to him,Save the kages from the sleeping powder,Save the shinobi alliance from two meteorite etc

Onoki deserves good mention though because they woulda been GG from the start without him. His will also motivated them which is very important. And stopped the meteors.

Tsunade is the most useful and It seems as if she is doing all of the work if you ask me. She better than me, she is cut in half and healing them Kages, could've been like" no Katsuyu put me back together and heal me before i turn into a old lady."
