which ocular jutsu is the best?

To you what ocular justu is the best. rinnegan,byakugan,sharingan,tenisigan,ketsuyrgan( sorry i spelled those last 2 wrong i didn't know how to)

I would choose Byakugan if it comes with Juken and Hamura's chakra

Otherwise Sasuke's Rinnegan would be my choice, but problem is it needs his right. MS to be at full power....

It highly depends on the wielder of the jutsu, so there is no definite answer.

If the users are of equal skill, then it's likely the Rinnegan or Tenseigan because their origins denote superiority.

Rinne Sharingan > KKM Rinnegan > 6T Rinnegan > KKG Rinnegan > Tenseigan > EMS > MS > Sharingan > Byakugan


I have no idea what to do with KKM Byakugan. It's very probably more powerful than 6T Rinnegan, which is KKG, but no way near as versatile, or capable of offence on its own. Also given how Tenseigan was dealt with by Naruto so easily, I'd be tempted to put it below EMS but above MS.

Can't tell really between Mangekyo or Rinnegan. If I'm looking at Pain's rinnegan jutsu and Sasuke's, then it makes me favor the rinnegan. However Tobi's mangekyo jutsu kamui and Susanoo is very convincing as well.
