hashirama out-muscled a kyuubi/perfect susano fusion so he would defeat any biju bar the juubi in a fight. he can also use the mokuryu.
madara slices up any biju with perfect susano or genjutsus it. he can also use mokuryu.
obito can use genjutsu or use stakes from the rinnegan that can bind them.
nagato can imprison them in chibaku tensei.
BM naruto can beat a biju.
sasuke can beat a biju with amaterasu
itachi beats a biju with amaterasu.
minato can beat a biju by redirecting its bijudama maybe.
the 3rd raikage stalemated the hachibi & could probably beat the lesser biju.

no one can. if by bijuu you mean killing or sealing it. the only bijuu to actually take visible damage so far is either when its chakra has been absorbed or when third raikage knocked down gyuki. they cant be harmed like humans. and controlling them temporarily doesnt count as a win IMO.
and most bijuus are too strong to have all their chakra absorbed except in V2 jin mode. theoretically kisame could take out the lesser bijuus. preta path wont much help in most situations. ive also never seen any actual bijuu get tired. they are masses of chakra itself as it is. gyuki's been hurt in a flashback. sanbi was somehow beaten offscreen by obito and deidara. but if bombing the shit out of a bijuu is the only way to affect it many ninjas are in trouble

• Hashirama, who's speciality is supressing Bijuu Chakra, and since he had several Bijuu under his control, taking out one shouldn't be too much of a problem
• Madara, with his Perfect Susanoo
• Obito, with his own Gedo Mazo, with Seven Bijuu inside of it, along with the fact that the Bijuu can't touch him
• Nagato/Pain, who has the Chibaku Tensei. Sure, the Kyuubi could break out when he used it last time, but if he uses a full powered one at the beginning of a fight, he could make it powerful enough to hold a Bijuu
• Naruto, who has the BM, multiple Tailed Beast Bombs, immense speed, and ability to clone himself
• Itachi, who has the Amaterasu
• Sasuke, same reason as Itachi
• Kisame, who literally has a OHKO attack when facing Bijuu, the Great Shark Bullet, which'd simply disintegrate the Bijuu, as they are simply entities made purely out of chakra

And I think that's pretty much it. There may be other one's, but I think these are the most solid people on the list.

If the Biju has human level intelligence then almost no one would be able to beat them other than Madara or Hashi. Kurama is an exception to these two though. An intelligent Kurama is literally the strongest Naruto being bar the Sage and the Juubi (This is assuming he would think to do some of the Bijudama variants that Naruto does).

If the Biju is a mind-less beast, then High Kage level Ninjas are capable of handling them.

Suppressing a Bijuu's chakra would essentially mean that that certain Bijuu is rendered useless, along with it's attacks, allowing Hashirama to do whatever he wants with them. The fact that Madara felt the need to bring out the Perfect Susanoo to defend the Kyuubi, the most powerful Tailed Beast, from Hashirama's attack with the TBB of the Juubi (which also shows that the most powerful attack of the Bijuu would be rendered useless against him), only strengthen's my point.

The underlined part is laughable, as the *********** translation explicitely states that "The 1st Hokage had several of him under control"

It gets stronger as it absorbs the chakra of the target, not necessarily only other techniques. The more chakra it absorbs, the stronger it gets, and coincidentally, the Tailed Beasts happen to be purely made out of chakra.

I honestly have no idea where you got that from. The Manga clearly states, multiple times, that the Tailed Beasts are entities created from chakra.

The reason they feel pain is due to the fact that they have a conciousness. Being made out of chakra doesn't mean that you can't feel pain.

I don't understand your last argument. The Raikage states that the Gold and Silver brothers survived by eating the Ninetails chakra meat. If pure chakra can be used to hit someone, why should it not be possible to eat it ?

Actually, that was only the Mangapanda translation. The *********** translation states, differently, as Obito says, "With your Edo body, you could just aim right down at the alliance, and use yourself as a suicide bomb. The only reason why you don't is because I'd be sucked into it too" The bottom line is that we don't know which attack Obito was referring to. It could have been the Juubi's TBB, but it could also for example have been the Meteor, or maybe some attack we haven't seen Madara preform before. That being said, you can't tell for sure that Obito was worried about the Tailed Beast Bomb, and therefore, can't simply state that the bombs can get to Obito when he's phasing.

Not to mention the fact that there is a significant difference between the power of the Juubi's TBB and the TBB's of the Bijuu, which may result in the Bijuu's TBB not having equal effect.

Shortly put, you don't know if the attack that Obito was referring to was the Tailed Beast Bomb, and since there really is nothing that supports your statement of it being able to hurt him when he's phasing, it's not really too much of an argument.

Not only would the great pressure of the attack greatly damage the beasts, but there's also the fact that in these five minutes that it is stuck, it is vulnerable to Nagato's/Pain's other attacks. When the beast is breaking out (assuming that it'd be able to), Nagato can injure it with Asura Path missiles, Shinra Tensei's, and elemental attacks. That is if the beast survives being crushed by the many layers of rocks, and if it manages to actually crawl out of the sphere.
