Kakashi, guy, and gara have best chance, but Itachis Susanoo is by far the strongest with the sword that seals anything it pierces and the shield that can block anything. I Think that susanoo does use alot of chakra which is a weakness. I think minato could beat him, Nagato for sure, he would just pull him out of his susanoo.

Naruto is strong but really slow mentally. Its obvious that in naruto the best ninja's are able to think a whole fight out and find a way to beat their enemy. Minato and Itachi are the best out of the whole series, I would also put Kakashi up there but obviously because his teacher was minato.
