It's piece of cake even for yamcha and master roshi.

What about naruto characters ?

The only known person is Kaguya however it's plausible Hagoromo could also do it via power scaling and technically Toneri could by causing the moon to smash into the earth.

In my honest opinion, no character can. We have never seen any planet busting in Naruto and Kaguya hype comes from Black Zetsu, you can't take what BZ says for granted, the guy speaks in hyperboles.

But to destroy a planet you would need to get off the planet and then attack it otherwise you die aswell. Not many characters could do that, if any at all.

That depends, people here think people in Dbz (as strong as they are)can just wipe out the world to dust... That's not how it works, a good example of how it's done is what Friza did at Namek, they have certain ki blasts that pierce all the way to the core causing the whole earth to erupt eith lava. I don't know if TSB can pierce thru the core and we haven't seen anything else in naruto that can. DBZ power levels are ridiculous but if just a certain sayian saga power level is required the the earth woulda blown up just by Majin Vegeta and SSJ2 Goku exchanging small blows right? All the Ki oozing is enough.

Other than Kaugya, it's definately Toneri. It was said that tenseigan can destroy earth which he briefly showcase how easily he's able to slice up the moon like nothing even though it's not planet size.

Since Hamura has the tenseigan, then I could also say hagoromo could destroy a planet which also mean Madara could pull it off.
