He is impressive, but what you have to understand is that owning base human fodder doesnot mean anything.


What he is doing is blitzing, moving and attacking faster then his enemy can attack.

Sasuke was blitzing super humans at the beginning of shippuden.

Although not portrayed as well as in the movie, sasukes feats of cutting dozens of super humans without them noticing is more impressive then quicksilvers movie feat.

in the same situation, curse seal Sasuke would have cut all the bullets in half, and all the base humans before anyone noticed.

Moving beyond base human perception( which quicksilver does easily) is not that impressive as far as manga or comic books.
