I've watch Shippuden up to episode 302.Cant wait for the next few episode.So which manga should I read now?

Well I strongly recommened Sword Art Online! its pretty action packed and has a good story! its a bit rushed and if you watch the anime its longer and better but both the anime and manga are pretty good!

Akame ga kiru is very good, however keep in mind its very tragic and is not your typical shounen manga where the main characters always win/survive.
Bleach since you like Naruto then I think you will also like Bleach.
