Naruto makes a clone and its chakra arms bind Orochimaru. Then he fires a TBB or Rasenshuriken.

Rasenshuriken will destroy his chakra system if it hits, so doesn't matter if he survives or not.

4 Tailed Naruto's TBB would have killed him if it hit directly:
