Which Konoha 11 shinobi can stand toe to toe with EMS Sasuke?

Yeah Kakashi was definitely an add on coz it would have been a piece of cake for shikamaru to take that blood sample from Kakuzu then separate them and blow up hidan :sy:

Point(Shikamaru and hidan fight) is moot! We were talking about Shikamaru taking on sasuke here solo and he's way out of his league.

Shikamaru's smart no doubt but he needs 'firepower/distraction' to execute his master plans.He can use ninjas from konoha 11 to give sasuke trouble for sure.

Like I said he was an add on the original team was shikamaru, imo, and choji..... tsunade added kakasho just in case, shikamaru could have gotten anyone to do it, ether choji or ino could have done it.

have you seen the rotation broken through? No, so you can't make that assumption because besides not being able to rotate, it has no defects. Not even kidomaru's arrows could go through neji's rotation, and that was 2 or 3 years ago. Ijs

I've just come to realize that Sasuke can seriously deafeat nearly all of Konoha 11 ( execpt Naruto ofc) with just amaterasu and his genjutsu, Im not even joking. And its sad, but true. The only Konoha 11 shinobi I think that could stand toe to toe with EMS Sasuke is Neji.

I would say shikamaru but Sasuke outclasses him by a long shot. Neji can counter many of Sasukes jutsu such as Amaterasu, and phisical attacks from susanoo with Eight Trigrams Palm Rotation. Neji also outclasses Sasuke In Taijutsu and has the advantage here. The only problem is that Neji is defensless against Sasuke's genjutsu. Neji of course cant defeat Sasuke, but he would hold out longer against him than any other Konoha 11 shinobi.

he was made to fight the 5 kage for training. And it was clear he was stronger then these....11 long before that. Beating itachi. Or sooner.

Sasuke and naruto are rising fast to the top 2 spots of strongest shinobi in history. If madara and hashi held it in the last generation. That is exactly where Sasuke and naruto are headed right now. The top 2 of their generation.

i agree with you on neji, but i also gotta throw rock lee in there. I dont think he could get the clean win, but very possibly a draw due to the throwback (yes overused, but plausible) 8th gate. Given that we saw gai go from getting wrecked by kisame in an earlier battle, to one punching him to death in 7th gate, and also given we have been told 8th gate is faaaaaaaaaaar stronger than 7th, i feel even a scaled down bushy brow 8th gate could stand a chance of knocking sasuke off. Generally in mangas when a move is stated to kill the user, it kinda pwns everything without question, hence the trade off of said user dying, thats how they balance out the fact that it will in turn pwn everything.
