Using only canon (manga) info, I believe that -outside Naruto- Lee has the greatest, and a very real chance- at defeating Sasuke, and I'll give my reasons (which means I expect REAL rebuttal from the Sasuke defenders, an not just fanboying).

Lee proved in their first encounter that he was a superior Taijutsu fighter than Sasuke, and it serves to reason that this fact is maintained, as Lee trains religiously in close combat, while Sasuke is very Ninjutsu focused. Going off of this fact, we know well that it's not always possible for an Uchiha's body to keep up with their eyes. Lee is already known as one of the fastest characters in the continuity. And he'll get stronger and faster without opening the Gates...

And this doesn't mean much since Sasuke has susanoo, which Lee has no viable counter for.

Lee takes off his weights, and I'm willing to bet this makes it nearly impossible for un-EMS Sasuke to keep up. And since F=MV, as Lee's speed increases, so does the force behind his blows.

Sasuke was stated to be on equal grounds with Lee's speed without his weights.

Then we have the Eight Gates, which makes one exponentially stronger; at Six Gates, Sasuke can't track Lee anymore (with Weights removed), even with EMS. Lee's powerful enough at this point to break through Sasuke's Susanno'o (up to how far we've seen him use it.)

The databook states the odama rasengan can hollow a mountain and Madara's ribcage susanoo(the weakest version) tanked one from Naruto effortlessly.

Lee has NEVER demonstrated the strength to hollow a mountain, so once again another invalid point.

All Lee has to do now is break through and finish the job.

And this is all assuming he has no alcohol on him.

Now, for a few discrepancies: Lee CAN open all Eight Gates - anyone with training can - but does not due to his training - if he continues to open all the Gates, Sasuke ha no chance at even tracking him, and Susanno'o shatters from the force of he blows.

"5 gates" thus your point is invalid once again.

Wrapping Susanno'o in Amaterasu doesn't make Sasuke invincible. Amaterasu burns slowly, meaning Lee still has time to kill Sasuke if he decides to barrel through a Blaze Release'd Susanno'o.

Since Sasuke lacks serious Genjutsu skills, Lee simply avoids eye-contact, and the Genjutsu deilama is no more.

When has Lee ever shown the skills to fight while avoiding eye contact? Last time I checked only Guy could do this. Lee being his student doesn't equate to him being able to do it as well.

The only person I see really being able to take him alone is Naruto, and even that is going to be tough (Cuz we all know that they will fight)
Sure Lee has the eight gates, but I still don't think he has the brute strength necessary to get through susano'o, and sasuke has been mixing in his amaterasu with his susano'o's attack so if Lee tried and got hit he would be dead. Plus Lee has never fought against someone who uses amaterasu and may not know about it
Shikamaru is exceedingly smart, but I don't think we would be able get at him
Plus Naruto I think still effects sasuke somewhere on a deeper emotional level than his outter hate, sasuke would just through his hate at the others and attack completely mercilessly.

the battle ground would be the forest....
if sauske had to fight ALL at once vs him....and they can all fight him with 0 emotions AND absolute killer intent....all character flaws aside..the only way they would win is if they knew absolutely everything there is to know about sauskes sharingan...which isnt that much of a stretch....and if they all used their trump cards at the very beginning...it would be legendary difficulty for them to win....if they had "won" and killed sauske..they would lose over 8 ppl for sure...maybe more...U_U......chances of them winning under 35% :shrug:

Sasuke's Susano'o > Konoha 11 (Excluding Naruto of course). None of them have a counter to Amaterasu and if he protects his Susano'o with Enton then none of them have a chance in hell. Neji would get fodderized by the way.

Shikamaru would stay alive the longest but Sasuke wouldn't sweat a bit and Rock Lee w/ 8 Gates will make Sasuke sweat a little bit.

For Neji, I doubt it.. I think Shino and Sai stands a better chance than Neji does. Sasuke can just spam Amaterasu arrows at Neji constantly till he stops the rotation, I doubt Neji could rotate as long as Sasuke could keep shooting his arrows (chakra-wise).

Bold: Are you serious!? You're honestly saying that Sai and Shino stand a better chance than Neji against Sasuke? Lets put it simple, 1. The only defense Sai has against Sasuke is....nothing. His drawings would get either smashed by susanoo or burned to a crisp by amaterasu. Sai's best defense agaisnt sasuke would be flying and he could still get nailed by Amaterasu or a Susanoo arrow. 2. Shino has an even less better chance than Sai. His bugs couldnt even stand narutos bijuu cloak, what makes think they could withstand amaterasu?

I just dont see why some people dont see Neji being the one who would stand a better chance as far as standing toe to toe with Sasuke. 8 trigrams palm rotation would be a grave nuciance to all of Sasuke's offensive attacks. Even Amaterasu would be deflected by 8 trigrams palm rotation, and not to mention that neji outclasses him in taijutsu of course but unlike Rock Lee, Neji has a superior defense.

P.S: TenTen stands a better chance than Kiba? :sy:. Dude, Konohamaru could take TenTen, she should'nt even be on that list.
