Which Konoha 11 shinobi can stand toe to toe with EMS Sasuke?

Rock lee 8 gates probably stands a chance

A few people have said this, but care to explain? How exactly would 8 gates help against Sasuke? 8 gates wouldnt even crack Susanoo Ribcage, and thats like the weakest form of Susanoo. Also, even In the 8 gates Rock Lee can still get caught In Sasuke's genjutsu.

you forget lee's master is gai? i think of the konoha 11 he would be the last i would expect to get caught in a genjutsu. also if he got to seven gates i think the susano'o would at least struggle to defend his attacks. long enough for someone like ino or shino to bind him for a while.

tsunade broke susano'os ribcage with a kick or punch and when in eight gates one gets more power than a kage thats how lee will brake the ribcage
and lee is too fast for sasuke to look him in the eye

It took the RAIKAGE to break through susanoo ribcage, and even with 8 gates Rock Lee's power scale is still WAY below the raikage. And also, please explain how 8 gates rock lee would break through this. U_U

None lol. They would all get destroyed. Only Kage level ninjas and high level jonnins can fight on par with Sasuke. Lower level are fodder compared to him. Even if Lee goes 8th gate, he would lose. Raikage is faster, stronger, has stamina and knowledge over him. Don't compare a chunnin (Lee) with a top tier shinobi (Raikage) lmao.

Sasuke defeats them all pretty quick save Naruto. As of right now, Naruto is the better shinobi.

People who have a chance:
Neji- his defense could counter most of his attacks, though sasuke would probably outlast him since Neji cant do much damage with his vacuum palm jutsu.
Lee(5 gates) - Lee could simply dodge all of his attacks and try a repeated pounding on susanooo, but if sasuke decides to cover susanoo with amaterasu, then he could just outlast him too.
Sai- could use his birds to fly high out of range, but none of his attacks are stong enough to break susanoo. Sasuke would eventually outlast him as well.

You talk about Neji and his defense. I honestly doubt any defensive technique Neji has can withstand a Sasanoo enhanced arrow. Nuff said.
Sasuke would have the most problems with Shikamaru.
In an attempt to outsmart Shikamaru. Sasuke has no chance.
