I knew you would post this page. "Can't see well" still isn't the same as being blind. And there is a difference between Obito as a original user of the eye (who didn't go blind) and Kakashi, who couldn't handle it very well but still used it about 18? years.
So if we talk about KKG here.. we have to assume that we also are the original wielder of this power.. which means we have to take Obito as a source. Did he go blind after spamming Kamui about 18 (or so) years? I guess not.

But even if I would go blind due to the side effect of Kamui... Teleport/Fast travel, being untouchable for anybody and having a whole dimension for myself where I can be completely alone when I want to... still woth it.
