But seriously? If they don't give up and are cunning in their methods, then they have a high chance of being interesting.

1,5 and. 6 have stories behind their being evil. That gives their character depth and also they execute their plans well.

2,3 :- They are truly invincible and it takes a hell lot to beat them. Madara does not deserve to be here because he died a shameful death. Aizen was also not invincible. The final fight was too easy.

4:- Because I love the plan he hatched.

I don't really prefer a villain type . Even the evil just because villain type can be good , if the character is well written .

Pure evil, Sadistic, Bloodthirsty, Ruthless, and Intelligent. A villain who would tear his victims to shreds, double points if they kill fan favorites or main characters lol.

I like sophisticated villains that are villains through and through, unlike Obito.
Also one that really makes you question stuff and make you wonder.
