Which kind of punishment is the worst?

Which one among the following is the worst kind of punishment?

1) Stay in Tsukoyomi genjutsu of Itachi for 3 days
2) Get stuck in Izanami time loop
3) Get Talk no Jutsu'd by Naruto

I think TnJ is by far the most dangerous form of punishment. Izanami genjutsu breaks when victim seeks redemption. Tsukoyomi ends after a certain time limit. But TnJ destroys the victim's soul and heart inside out. TnJ changes your ideologies which you followed for your whole life.

Ask Obito and Nagato, they too would pick Tsukoyomi or Izanami as punishment over TnJ if they got another chance to be the main villain :yeah:

BTW, so far Naruto has quite convincingly used TnJ against most people. Hashirama pulled out TnJ out of his ass and changed Sasuke within minutes. TnJ's effects are not bound by clans. It works against almost anybody

Obito's TnJ turned Nagato into an evil person. Naruto's TnJ did the opposite to Nagato. TnJ has no counter except for Kotoamatsukami. Unfortunately for the victim, TnJ can be used multiple times unlike KA which has 10 years of recovery period
