when i read the title i thought it said
Which Kage's do you think Kakuzu could beat off?
ot he could defeat you know what the only one i can think of is tsunade

tsunade old hiruzen maybe that s all the others are to strong raikages too fast and durable tskuchikages dust release which 1hit k.O as you need space time ninjutsu to escapee kazekages the sand will protect them from any attack but it can go either way and as for mizukages the same it can go either way because of their kekegenkai

I don't actually see him beating tsunade, i mean.. slug summon. She doesn't have to just keep trying to punch him.
I do however can imagine him beating mei, as she might try to get in a ninjutsu-spewing match with him. That i can imagine not exactly going in her favor, with kak having those 5 ( i think) elemetal spewing things.

How on earth is kak gonna beat even one-armed A?
I don't even think he has to put on his raton armor to withstand kakazu's attacks tbh. Don't even think he would be able to get through A's chest.
And come on.. you can't seriously give kakazu the fight against onoki, dust-release?

he can beat tsunade because i think she is the weakest but she has enormous stregth he will push her away with his hair
5th mizukage mei as she has special abilties but his got like all four elements aha isnt that kinda rare? , yagura because he was beaten so easily n nobody found out..and 3 kazekage as he was taken out by a rookie ninja sasori..

I don't think we should count kage's that we really don't know much about like 4th, 3rd kazekage 2nd mizukage 2nd raikage, ect ect. Cause we don't know much about them, and they must have been kage level for a reason.
Yea, tsunade herself might not have any ranged attacks that we know of, but.
1.) i don't really think kakazu can hit tsunade with any of his attacks, cause in theory tsunade should be a boss at dodging (from what she though sakura)
2.) she can close vast battle-distances pretty quickly, as shown when she just jumped up to madara and punched him, without him doing much of anything to retaliate
3.) The slug, you guy's aren't really taking it into consideration, i know the little acid it spits out isn't exactly the most op'ed attack in naruto, but it's nearly invulnerable to physical attacks, at least the kinda kakazu uses.

maybe Tsunade but that'll be hard too since she can summon katsuyu and use invincible mode.
Yagura? no way he is a tail beast host after all, and the only way he was defeat was because Tobi's sharingan I'm pretty sure and perhaps it was an ambush? we don't know how he was defeated and put under control.. therefore it's unfair to underestimate him.
Yagura was one of the only shinobi can full control tail beast along with Hasirama, madara, and Killer Bee. Also the fact that he was Mizukage ? I'm sure a Host kage is very very strong to say the least. Look at gaara, and killer Bee when he become raikage ( he probably will when A dies sometimes in the future ), and naruto in the future perhaps.
Maybe Mei but I think that's difficult for him also since they both are ninjutsu specialist it will just be a clash of bunch element release, but draw if anything.

I don't think he could beat any of the kage to be honest but the one he would stand a good chance at beating would be Tsunade due to her lack of LR techs but even then its a stretch she's still one of the sannin and very powerful.

Maybe the old Hiruzen. Tsunade and Mei are debetable but I think they are stronger than him. Tsunade is "invicible", Mei has 2 Kekkei Genkai.
