Which Kages can Minato beat?

I was trying to make a top 20s list, but I don't know where Minato would place against the current living kages;
-Ay (Raikage)
-Onoki (Tsuchikage)
-Mei (Mizukage)
-Gaara (Kazekage)
-Tsunade (Hokage)

This brings up my other question, should Minato's edo tensei feats be included to his arsenal (Sage mode, and Biju mode)? Seeing how he had unlimited chakra and immortality during the time he preformed them and not when he was alive, I can understand how those feats can be excluded.

No, Edo shouldn't be in his arsenal... He takes all of them. Except for maybe Ay (or really high diff)

OP: I wouldn't include his Edo stuff. I don't think that any of the current alve Gokage could take Minato. Though, Maybe Gaara could 'cause of the auto sand and Sand armour hmm.. Ay maybe, doubt it. Tsunade might too, if she activate the byakugou Minato can't hurt her too bad, she isn't going to stand there. Idk, it's all debatable.

Minato can beat all 4th / 5th generation kage. & current which includes Oonoki (3rd generation kage)

No his Edo Tensei only jutsu shouldn't be included. His bijuu mode is the "jutsu" in question.

He could also beat 2nd Mizukage (maybe/ his genjutsu is a big problem though) maybe Minato's sensory can counter it.

He could also beat Muu possibly.. not to suggest they can't beat him back also. lol

Tbh this is true. But we can't really come to a conclusion because Minato SOLOED armies with simple weapons such as kunai's and shuriken. He didn't need more to kill humans... He might have some offensive abilities we don't know about. Besides the Rasengan.

For people saying 3rd raikage > Minato. Think about it this way. It is widely expected that minato is stronger than the current raikage. They had run ins with each other alot. So it pretty obivous that Minato has ways to breaks the raikage's ligthing armor, even if he has not shown it.
Ay even stated that no one would surpass him (minato) and he knew his dad well.
So he is definatley stronger than all the current genration

For the record, I belive that MInato is the strongest Kage to ever live. Stronger than Hasirama,Prime Hiruzen and defiantly Tobirama yes. But people on this base love the First too much to think about the fact that Minato has not shown anything new since revival, cept Sage mode, which he cant use in battle effectively. He has all the hype and reason to be the strongest. it will be shown soon
