Which Kages can 6th Hokage Kakashi beat?

With no Sharingan, Kakashi has lost use of raikiri and presumably the variants. According to the novels he's also weaker than his 57 year old predecessor Tsunade. So who can Kakashi beat at his current level or is he trash?

We don't know how strong he got without Sharingan but if we base his feats off of what we already know he can do but just take away the Sharingan, he beats none of them.

I've lost faith in Kakashi. It seems he was far to dependent on the sharingan and it was that eye that made him special.

I mean Danzo or aren't the strongest shinobi but at least they made it a fight against Sharingan users they faced.
