Which Kage Orochimaru can't beat again?

Getting a physical boost from Zetsu, and access to its abilities, which Kage he still can't beat?

P.S. dont bother mentioning tier characters higher then Kage's themselves. Via Madara. Hashirama KCM Minato, etc.

Base Minato is nearly no threat. Outlasting wouldnt be a problem since he can counter FTG tags perfectly.
Tobirama, on the other hand, has serious sealing explosives that could end the match. In fact I would like to make a match up thread against Tobirama

Minato

Been debated many times, Orochimaru can definitely beat base Minato.

3rd Raikage

Orochimaru can win by taking over his body and utilizing poison. Or copying him via Zetsu copy ability.

4th Raikage

Same as above but Orochimaru can actually damage his body.

Muu

Clones deal with Jinton. So does the ability to sense chakra via chakra built. Orochimaru definitely gets a win once he gets spores on him.

Onoki

Same as above.

Gaara

He can win with Kusanagi and summons.

Yagura

Not sure of this match up only because of TBB

I didn't say dont include. I said dont even bother and gave obvious examples, tier wise.

Well, generally, those are going to be the only people Orochimaru CAN'T beat. There's some like Tobirama that may give him matchup problems, but outside of the ones like Hashirama and Naruto, no, there's no one he stands NO chance of beating.

This goes for most characters on/near his level, like SM Jiraiya, Kisame, Itachi, War Arc Kakashi, War Arc Gai, etc. They can give most kages issues if they can't outright beat them, although there are some that may pose matchup issues.

And this is what I wanted to bring to the table. Some argue that most people on that list, Orochimaru either doesn't stand a chance against (example 3rd Raikage) or loses low-mid dif.

When it comes to outlasting,Minato would be the one to outlasts Oro cause he needs Oral Rebirth for surviving from every single attack from Minato so he would eventually run out of chakra.
