-Onoki (Third Tsuchikage)
-Gaara (Fifth Kazekage)

Onoki he has too much spirit if someone kills him it would be a great victory for them but due to the plot no heroes are going to die

in reality, the first to go would likely be gaara (powerful, but not quite enough experience)
or mei (in her case, calling her kind is just a nice way of saying cowardly)
but it'll definitely be onoki due to his old age and the fact that they'll get to introduce an awesome new character as tsuchikage
