Yeah I never saw a page so bloody before in manga... Tsunade could still live seeing that Katsuyu could've saved her but she chose to heal up the others first. But oh god what could have he done which was this terrible? SPLIT INTO HALF?!?!!? REALLY? They could send the other ninjas heal the kages. Pretty horribly gorey but with all those medical ninjas.... if they kill off Tsunade it's going to be a big plot twist for Konoha.

Ok, thanks for the image, i get it now. In a way kishi has done what a lot of people wanted: for the first time since the invasion of Pain, you can feel the terror and menace. So far, no major character had died in this war. Now, its likely that the 5 BIGGEST characters might be dead. Edo Madara is like Bane from the Dark Knight rises x 10. Time for Naruto or someone to 'rise' lol.
