Which Kage is the strongest

I don't think it doesn't really matter consider none of them one on one or all of them can't beat Madara. But if I had to choose I would choose A because of his large chakra reserves and strength. He is not doing his father any jutsice by getting his butt whooped so bad because I betcha any money if the 3rd Raikage was there it would have been a totally different story between both him and Madara. Probably not a complete win but the 3rd Raikage would have given him a much much better fight.

So I think that I would have to pick 3rd Raikage and Hashirama because none of the current Kages are really living up to their names or power.

Because he is strong. Despite his old age he proved that he can stand against Madara. The second is obviously Tsunade. She is almost immortal and she is very strong. She also has a larg ammount of chakra.
