NV Kabuto can spam all the chakra attacks he wants. He's not getting past protect. Plus he's constantly being drained anyway. Foresight sees his attacks coming and all he hits is a substitution. Confuse ray means he'll end up attacking himself. Hidden power (fire) stops the nature around them being animated like the cave.
