She might come off as blank and left behind but I've always liked Tenten the most out of the Konoha girls. Her fighting style was unique and she specialized in that field the best. When she faced Temari it was a good start but it didn't end well, but nonetheless she had potential. I don't really care for how badly the author treats his side characters so strength and power levels mean nothing to me. I care about your character and how you act. Tenten is very laid back and cool. She doesn't let boys get in the way of her missions or objective. Her whole character is a mystery but at least we can say that her whole character doesn't revolve around another boy. A woman that needs a man to feel important, useful, and strong is weak and pathetic.
If Kishimoto actually cared to make something out of Tenten she could have been a well developed kunoichi, but it isn't all bad. She does have her own ninja tool shop so I guess she did succeed in her own field.
Ino would be second. She still has problems with boys but she still knows how to focus and get her shit together. Her whole life isn't focused on boys as she started to pull herself into adulthood when Asuma and her dad died. She wasn't petty during the war and she didn't let pathetic moment get in her way.
I don't like Hinata, but it's not like I hate her. She has a solid background and clan to talk about and it's not like she was created to be loud and "explosive." Her character was meant to be shy and hesitant, but during the war she got over that. Back in the old day Hinata used to be a character that I liked but Ii never cared for her when Shippuden started.
And lastly we come to the pink haired wench. Honestly, she shouldn't even be named and it makes me cringe just saying her name once. The way she was introduced was annoying as hell and it was pretty damn sad how she tried to shit on orphans or people without families, while trying to get with Sasuke and acting like she actually loves and knows him. How amusing. Speaks wonders how much you even knew the boy, but I guess that huge atrocious forehead had nothing but empty air in it.
Shippuden didn't make much of a difference. It was still the same recycled old shit except the fact that she got stronger and can heal.
Sakura has always been a disgusting character and it made me puke everytime she was shown in the manga doing something stupid, as usual.
