What the hell is a Juubi arc? The Juubi is part of the war arc. Same with Madara's revival. They are STILL fighting in a war to protect the world, so it is STILL the war arc. Go back to elementary if you can't understand what I'm saying.

The War arc ended the moment Kaguya was revived because were introduced to a new character.
